Memorable people do memorable things. Followers are seldom remembered. The herd mentality is the killer of innovation. When appropriate, be bold in your undertakings.

People in this world shun people for being great, for being a bright color, for standing out. But the time is now, to be OK with being the greatest you.

I think the Indian model of respecting the uniqueness of each religion and, of every state is what makes the country great.

I never fit in anywhere growing up, and that made me realize I was destined to create my own path.

In my actual imaginative contact with life, I am vastly more responsive to beauty than to horror – indeed, I never experience real cosmic horror except in infrequent nightmares. However, when I come to record my various imaginative experiences, I generally find that only the horror items have any uniqueness or originality. Others have seen the same beautiful things that I have seen, & have sung them more nobly.

To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself

This very second has vanished forever, lost in the anonymous mass of the irrevocable. It will never return. I suffer from this and I do not. Everything is unique – and insignificant.

My definition of stupid is wasting your opportunity to be yourself because I think everybody has a uniqueness and everybody’s good at something.

Never forget that you are one of a kind. Never forget that if there weren’t any need for you in all your uniqueness to be on this earth, you wouldn’t be here in the first place.

There are some men who are considered quite ugly, but who are more remarkable than pretty people. You often see that in artists.
