I think it’s important to show people, especially young people, that it’s okay to have a personality. And that they can express themselves however they like.

Memorable people do memorable things. Followers are seldom remembered. The herd mentality is the killer of innovation. When appropriate, be bold in your undertakings.

People in this world shun people for being great, for being a bright color, for standing out. But the time is now, to be OK with being the greatest you.

In a country like India, we don’t want to put everyone in one big mixture. We have a different language, culture and cuisine for each region, even though we are united in the larger context. We are more like a fruit salad, where each ingredient has its own specialty, each fruit its distinct flavor, and together, the salad makes a tasty dish, without losing the individuality of each constituent.
