In general, I hate films that are overtly either very masculine or very feminine, you know? The same way that I don’t like a war movie about soldiers smashing people’s heads. But a chick flick I like would be Cassavetes’ movies. ‘A Woman Under the Influence,’ ‘Husbands.’

To truly be feminine means being soft, receptive, and – look out, here it comes – submissive.

Sports provide girls with the opportunity to develop a better relationship with their bodies. They can be aggressive on the court, be strong and still be feminine.

The woman’s mission is not to enhance the masculine spirit, but to express the feminine; hers is not to preserve a man-made world, but to create a human world by the infusion of the feminine element into all of its activities.
