I tell people all the time, as I was going through my process of being a comedian or being an actor and a writer at ‘SNL,’ I tell people that everything you do is all a piece of your puzzle to determine where you’re going to end up at.

I simply didn’t know how to make things better. I could not solve the puzzle of me.

I’m terrible at jigsaw puzzles. Other people solve the puzzle but I just keep trying to make the pieces that don’t fit fit. I guess that’s what makes me special, I try to assemble jigsaw puzzles incorrectly

Honestly, I keep believing in myself that I can win a Slam. I am definitely sure I can win one. It’s just a matter of putting the pieces in the puzzle.

I love words. They’re fun. I don’t think any word can just be filler. There’s no room for it. It’s like a puzzle. Every song can be written a million times. How can you say it differently?

What puzzles me most is the disappearance of the Diatessaron and where it might be now.

Discovery is the ability to be puzzled by simple things.
