These old ballparks are like cathedrals in America. We don’t have big old Gothic cathedrals like they do in Europe. But we got baseball parks.

I didn’t necessarily grow up in a trailer park, but there is a brief part of that in my life. So I can make fun of it a little bit. I’m not too much of an outsider, where I’m just making fun of someone.

People will be able to raise their concerns: what are local officers doing about the drug dealing in the local park? What’s happening about the pub where all the trouble is? And the police will have to respond

That’s probably the best perspective in the park. My favorite one was the strike three pitch he threw Giambi that kind of went straight, cut in and then ran back on the plate for a strike.

I’m a science guy. I’m a geek. I love geology and botany and marine science. I thought maybe I’d be a professional guide, or maybe even a park ranger, working for the Department of Fish and Game.

The unsaid rule for living in a trailer park is: ‘If the door’s shut, don’t come a-knockin.’ But if it’s open and you’re walkin’ by, feel free to say, ‘Hello.’

Your body is not a temple, it’s an amusement park. Enjoy the ride

I just want to go through Central Park and watch folks passing by. Spend the whole day watching people. I miss that.

One day ladies will take their computers for walks in the park and tell each other, “My little computer said such a funny thing this morning”.
