I have a real passion for children. I always wanted to teach and only became an athlete because my parents told my brother Parenthesis and me that we should use any God-given talent we had.

I’ve always wanted to be a footballer, and I’ve always believed that’s the path I was going to go down.

I am happy to playing against teams like South Africa and Australia early on in my career. It is going to make me stronger as a cricketer.

Once you become a professional athlete or once you do anything well, then you’re automatically a role model … I have no problem being a role model. I love it. I have kids looking up to me and hopefully I inspire these kids to do good things.
