It hurts when God has to PRY things out of our hand!

Oh, this was the great ploy of Satan in that kingdom of his: to display such blatant evil one could almost believe one’s own secret sin didn’t matter.

Love is larger than the walls which shut it in.

Jesus loves sinners. He only loves sinners. He has never turned anyone away who came to Him for forgiveness, and He died on the cross for sinners, not for respectable people.

God raises the level of the impossible.

I have learned to hold all things loosely, so God will not have to pry them out of my hands.

We deal with God – who is Love. He isn’t a dictator. He is a loving Father. There is no end to what He would like to do for us.

Lord, we claim your strength to serve you, no matter what our circumstances may be. Amen.

Perhaps only when human effort had done it’s best and failed, would God’s power alone be free to work.

Worry is like racing the engine of an automobile without letting in the clutch.

The safest place to be is in the center of God’s will.

When you are covered by His wings, it can get pretty dark.

Does being born into a Christian family make one a Christian? No! God has no grandchildren.

When a house is on fire and you know that there are people in it, it is a sin to straighten pictures in that house. When the world about you is in great danger, works that are in themselves not sinful can be quite wrong.

If you have an important decision to make, or even a small one, it is good to make your decision with the guidance of the Lord.

Children need the wisdom of their elders; the aging need the encouragement of a child’s exuberance.

Child, you have to learn to see things in the right proportions. Learn to see great things great and small things small.

If all things are possible with God, then all things are possible to him who believes in Him.

The first step on the way to victory is to recognize the enemy.

No matter how deep our darkness, he is deeper still.

And our wise Father in heaven knows when we’re going to need things too. Don’t run out ahead of Him.

The Lord never makes a mistake. One day, when we are in heaven, I’m sure we shall see the answers to the whys.

In darkness God’s truth shines most clear.

Some knowledge is too heavy…you cannot bear it…your Father will carry it until you are able.

Only Heaven will reveal the top part of God’s tapestry

Voltaire expected that within fifty years of his lifetime there would not be one Bible in the world. His house is now a distribution center for Bibles in many languages.

Whenever we cannot love in the old, human way. God can give us the perfect way.

We never know how God will answer our prayers, but we can expect that He will get us involved in His plan for the answer. If we are true intercessors, we must be ready to take part in God’s work on behalf of the people for whom we pray.

Be united with other Christians. A wall with loose bricks is not good. The bricks must be cemented together.

God’s viewpoint is sometimes different from ours – so different that we could not even guess at it unless He had given us a Book which tells us such things….In the Bible I learn that God values us not for our strenght or our brains but simply because He has made us.

In this dark world, the Lord Jesus gave us the task of passing on His love

Let God’s promises shine on your problems.

The amount of God’s love is unlimited, but we only receive as much as we use.

If God has shown us bad times ahead, it’s enough for me that He knows about them. That’s why He sometimes shows us things, you know – to tell us that this too is in His hands.

We are up against the unseen power that controls this dark world and the spiritual agents are from the very headquarters of evil. Therefore, we must wear the “whole armour of God,” that we may be able to resist evil in its day of power, and that even when we have fought to a standstill, we may still stand our ground.

In God’s faithfulness lies eternal security.

The human spirit fails, except when the Holy Spirit fills.

If you cannot find time to pray, ask for forgiveness. Ask to be cleansed of the sin of having no time to pray.

A religion that is small enough for our understanding would not be big enough for our needs.

If God sends us on strong paths, we are provided strong shoes.

God never measures the mind… He always put His tape measure in the HEART

In the center of a hurricane there is absolute peace and quiet. There is no safer place than in the center of the will of God

Happiness isn’t something that depends on our surroundings… It’s something we make inside ourselves.

There are no ‘if’s’ in God’s world. And no places that are safer than other places. The center of His will is our only safety – let us pray that we may always know it!

I have experienced His presence in the deepest hell that man can create. I have really tested the promises of the Bible, and believe me, you can count on them.

You know, eternal life does not start when we go to heaven. It starts the moment you reach out to Jesus. He never turns His back on anyone. And He is waiting for you.

Have fun, that’s what it’s all about. People get stressed over it… Let competition eat them up. That’s not me, I just get in and have fun. That’s what I’m here to do: Have fun and make some money doing it.

Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength. it does not enable us to escape evil. It makes us unfit to face evil when it comes. it is the interest you pay on trouble before it comes.

The reward of faith is that you shall have everlasting life.

The only requirement is to believe in Him.

The perfect gift is that He gave His only Son.

Who can add to Christmas? The perfect motive is that God so loved the world.

When we are on the beach we only see a small part of the ocean. However, we know that there is much more beyond the horizon. We only see a small part of God’s great love, a few jewels of His great riches, but we know that there is much more beyond the horizon. The best is yet to come, when we see Jesus face-to-face.

If the devil cannot make us bad, he will make us busy.

Faith is like radar that sees through the fog.

The tree on the mountain takes whatever the weather brings. If it has any choice at all, it is in putting down roots as deeply as possible

The world is deathly ill. It is dying. The Great Physician has already signed the death certificate. Yet, there is still a great work for Christians to do. They are to be streams of living water, channels of mercy to those who are still in the world. It is possible for them to do this because they are overcomers.

If God has called you, do not spend time looking over your shoulder to see who is following you.

Today I know that such memories are the key not to the past, but to the future. I know that the experiences of our lives, when we let God use them, become the mysterious and perfect preparation for the work He will give us to do.

Don’t pray when you feel like it. Have an appointment with the Lord and keep it.

We must mirror God’s love in the midst of a world full of hatred. We are the mirrrors of God’s love, so we may show Jesus by our lives

Discernment is God’s call to intercession, never to faultfinding.

What a sad mistake we sometimes make when we think that God only cares about Christians.

There is no panic in Heaven! God has no problems, only plans.

The school of life offers some difficult courses, but it is in the difficult class that one learns the most.

When you want to work for God start a committee. When you want to work with God start a prayer group

Don’t worry about what you do not understand… Worry about what you do understand in the Bible, but do not live by
