It’s hard to see someone with a ‘perfect’ body and be like, ‘Why can’t I be like her?’ But that person was born to be who she is, and you’re born to be who you are.

My favorite thing before going to school was watching ‘Full House,’ ‘Sabrina the Teenage Witch,’ and ‘Boy Meets World.’

Honestly I’m not a huge TV person. The only show that I’ve seen every episode of is ‘Pretty Little Liars.’ It’s my favorite show. I wish I could get into other shows, but I just don’t have time!

What you wear on stage is a reflection of your artistry.

The first song I learned was ‘Crazy’ by Patsy Cline and ‘At Last’ by Etta James. I had been growing up with the Beatles, Pink Floyd, great bands.

Time will heal everything.

We all have stories for a reason, and if we keep them to ourselves, I don’t feel they would help anybody.

Singing is about telling a story. When you are on stage, you get to be your own self… When acting, you’re someone else.

I’m not quite sure how I would do babysitting.

My first inspiration for acting came from the first episode of ‘Hannah Montana.’ That’s when I knew I wanted to be a singer and an actress.

It always feels good to put something you’re proud of out in the world.

I get inspiration from literally everything and anything. I take inspiration from people, relationships, stories, and I take inspiration from movies I see, books I read, and songs I hear.

I can’t speak for boys because I’m not one! But I just imagine they think differently.

I have always looked up to Adele and Christina Aguilera as singers ever since I was very young, and now my favorite male singer is Hozier.

I’ve never had to fend for a child’s life, which sounds very terrifying.

Every free day, every weekend, I am in a recording session. I’m very lucky to have such supportive people around me.

I feel like the more I work on different songs and the more I work on my voice constantly… I always feel better after I post a cover. Even if it’s doing the little 15 second covers, I’m working on my craft, and it’s really good for me, and I feel good after I do it.

I’ve always wanted a ‘Full House’ reunion, so when you see stuff like this comes back, it’s super exciting.

When I was growing up, we went to Musikfest every year, and I have vivid memories of the corn on the cob. I’m going to the concert, but I’m really going for the corn.

Everybody takes at least 20, so even if you see a good selfie, it probably wasn’t the first one. So my tip is to just not take it too seriously and have fun.

As long as I was well fed, I was a very, very nice child. I just used my imagination and played with Barbies. I was pretty easy.

If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all. And if you do have to say it, make it really funny so I can screenshot it and save it for later.

I think I started doing covers when I was… what, like 9 or 10? I would always do the songs that I wanted to do and the songs that my parents wanted me to do. You would see me cover every Adele, Christina Aguilera, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood. Then I’d have to do ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ and ‘Crazy Train,’ and it was a really weird combination.
